A few more pics of the house before the painters started. This one shows the downpipe on the side of the house over the render. This is the render base coat - with the second coloured coat to come. The colour is "amberwood" which is a sort of coffee colour (we think). So we don't think the Jasper of the downpipe will look quite right. Elsewhere on the house, against the brick, it looks quite nice. We will paint this one to match the render if we can't live with it.
The laundry cabinets. The overhead cupboards do not have handles - same in the kitchen. We actually do want them so the SS is going to arrange - don't know why this wasn't mentioned at colour selection.
Kitchen again. Can't wait to see the granite benchtops.
